By placing an order with Tuds Investments you agree to the following terms.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Malawi Kwacha (MK) and include 17.5% VAT where applicable. We accept Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba, approved lay-by plans, and cash on collection. Mobile-money payments must use your Order ID as reference; orders are confirmed once payment is verified.

Lay-by

Lay-by requires a minimum 30% deposit with the balance cleared within 60 days. Goods are released on full payment. Missed deadlines may lead to cancellation and refund of amounts paid less a handling fee.

Delivery

Delivery is charged at a flat MK 5,000 countrywide and is free on orders over MK 200,000. Collection from our Lilongwe store is free.

Returns

Unused goods in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for exchange or refund, except baby consumables and personalised items. Contact sales@tuds.mw before returning anything.
