When you shop, register, request a quotation or join a lay-by plan we collect your name, contact details, delivery address and order history. Mobile-money transaction references are kept for payment verification.

How we use it

Your details are used to process and deliver orders, verify payments, manage lay-by schedules and send order updates. We do not sell your personal data.

You may ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time via sales@tuds.mw. Newsletter emails always carry an unsubscribe option.

Security

Account passwords are stored hashed. Support staff only access order data needed to serve you.
