Delivery Information

We deliver anywhere in Malawi and offer free in-store collection in Lilongwe.

Rates and times

Flat delivery fee of MK 5,000 per order, anywhere in Malawi. Orders over MK 200,000 are delivered free. Dispatch is normally within 2 working days of payment confirmation; Lilongwe deliveries arrive in 1-2 days, other districts in 3-5 days.

Collection

Choose Cash on Collection at checkout and pay in store when you pick up. Bring your Order ID.

Tracking

Every status change is emailed to you, and you can follow progress under My Account > Order History. For help contact sales@tuds.mw with your Order ID.
